Mirror mirror on the wall who’s the prettiest bird of all…
This baldy seemed to be admiring himself in the puddle reflection. I didn’t quite get that in my timing of the shot. I was on a VERY BOUNCY boat (9-12ft swells) in Homer AK.
This bear was not very stealthy in his attack of the fish. He would just run and turn and run and splash splash splash.
Lunch time at Crescent Lake, AK
This grizzly was very energetic about his lunch.
This kind bear went to end of this spit so he could be included in this beautiful landscape on Crescent Lake Alaska.
The only way in and out of this wonderful wildlife area is by float plane. It gets interesting because the weather literally changes every few hours. So its very possible they can drop you off and NOT be able to pick you up due to fog/snow/incoming storm….
And remember everywhere we looked there were bears on the shore….We had to cut a few days short due to possible weather, but at least we didn’t have to spend the night with our furry models….
