Color

Fires in eastern Washington — and even Siberia — are shedding smoke onto the Olympic Peninsula. Smoke particulates are at an unhealthy level and the sky is a yellow grey. Some bright colors seem refreshing about now.

  1. Take care Kay. I saw a satellite photo of the smoke on TV . They were recommending for people to remain indoors. What else could go wrong with world?

  2. Hello,

Love the colorful dishes, they are cheerful. I have been hearing about the fires, I am sure breathing in smoking air then mix it with cases of Covid it is very unhealthy. I hope you take care and stay safe.
    Have a great day!

  3. Color is always a good idea. I just read that the northern half of our state is also seeing lots of smoke. It hasn’t drifted this way recently thank goodness.

  4. Pretty colours! My daughter lives in Portland and she is getting lots of smoke in her area. Plus the temps are high in the 90s. It must be terrible for all the people on the west coast. You definitely could use some rain to help put out the fires.

  5. Hope things are not being as disrupted for you, even though there is bad air, which is disruptive enough. Just dreadful with the western US/Canada having such awful conditions. I’m not sure if I’ve commented before, but I do enjoy your posts very much…..thank you.
