This is probably the last silhouette I’ll post this winter. Buds are swelling on trees all over. On a trip to Seattle this week I even saw trees showing early blooms.
Flowers! Leaves! Spring!

Lucky you. Spring weather is not cooperating here.
I’m seeing lots of buds on the trees here too. The ones that lose their leaves in January start to bud again in late February. The cycle is so different here.
You are way ahead of us. It was -14ËšC here last night!
Trees here will still be bare for a few more weeks.
Autumn is here and I am bracing myself for cold weather, which hasn’t come quite yet so it is like spring here with all of the new growth after the rain.
