Summer menu

I showed you salad envy the other day. I can make up for it any day when I put together a meal like this with salad caprese in the starring role. Fresh sliced mozzarella cheese, ripe summer tomatoes, fresh basil, and a drizzle of olive oil. It’s summer on a fork and one of my favorites. For good measure we also had corn on the cob from Sunny Farms. It’s really so sweet who needs dessert?

  2. A favourite summer salad for many people, and why not when the produce is so magnificent! Would we love it so very much if we had this available year round? Because it is not, I think this scrumptious salad becomes more than just a pleasurable meal!!

  3. I do tomatoes, basil, feta cheese, olive oil, & a bit of balsamic vinegar for my summer treat. The tomatoes are so good at this time of year!
