Windswept at Kalaloch

This beach is long and wide open. It’s trees are all windswept since there is nothing blocking the steady winds.

Christmas Lights at Jamestown Tribal Center

I didn’t think it was possible but the tribe added more lights this year to their already spectacular display on Sequim Bay. I took a long exposure to capture car’s light trails.

Skittish…who us?

These harbor seals that hang out around protection island are really skittish if on land. Anything makes them dive toward the water. However, once in the water they follow you around like little curious puppies.

A Pod of Pelicans

There were HUNDREDS of Pelicans at the beach. I’ve never seen so many at beach after beach this summer. Something tasty must have been passing thru the waters.
