I don’t know how he did it, but this young buck managed to weave a garland of grass in his downy-looking antlers.
“Just move on,” says he. “I’m still getting used to these things growing on top of my head, okay?”

Very funny! You’ve reminded me that I need a haircut. And also that some people have, in the past, pointed out the pointy little horns growing on my head. Sheesh!

Sooner or later he’ll need a fellow deer to get that off… or maybe a dip in the water.
He’s rushing the season or perhaps he’s looking for some bells or red balls to add to the garland, getting ready for the holidays.
