Crows are pretty common around here. And quite comfortable living around humans. This one was as interested in me as I was in him. He may have been disappointed when I didn’t invite him to lunch.

Florida has more crows than you can crow about. And they are rascals. In Shark Valley (south Florida) we saw them sit on bike seats, open the bike bags underneath the seats with their beaks and take out chips, candy, or whatever else they found which of course they promptly ate!
They are not nice to me, either. They follow me around the golf course and laugh. I hear them all the time. “Haw, Haw, Haw”! Aargh!
Wonderful shot – I love to watch what clever things they can do.
