I read in the Sequim This Week that the Dungeness Wildlife Refuge trail and entrance kiosk is having some work done. It’s expected to be done by the end of March and during this time hikers will be rerouted in order to get down to the Spit and horses temporarily can’t use the trail within the refuge.
And we worry about the “state” of the State Parks! We don’t want to see them close down, good grief! Article in yesterday’s paper. I ungrudgingly add that extra 5.00 to our vehicle tabs. But I guess that isn’t enough and now they talk of charging entrance fees.
