Every year the swans come to Sequim to feed in the fields.
We were struck by the “roads” in front of the canals, and the fact that they parked their cars there. They are so narrow. All we could think was how careful you have to be getting out of the driver’s side!
I just loved the lines and colors these reeds created in the waters of Lake Crescent.
This Cape Buffalo is having a starring contest with this lion. I think he’s saying “I have these big horns and I’m not afraid to use them.”
Someone built this miniature on a rock in the lake.
This Canadian goose stayed with it’s straggling gosling while the other 6 were swimming with dad…(or mom–hard to tell!)
