Remember…

Remembering all of those who served this fine county, including my Papa C who was a chaplain in the army.

Tag-you’re it

These swallows don’t want to lose their house, so one almost always stays inside and waits for the other to come home then they switch.

Hidden Hearts

Macro shot of a thumb sized leaf at Whitney Gardens in Brinnon
This TINY insect was not even visible with the eye 6″ away. It was only when I was editing photos that I saw him.

Whitney Gardens is a fantastic place to stop if you’re traveling on Hwy 101 on Hood Canal.

Faraway Friday-Cinque Terre

This was from an awesome trip to Italy. I just loved how the buildings are just perched on all the cliffs.

These 5 cities have no cars and are accessible only by train at the top or boat at the bottom.

Is it just me or is this bridge wonky?

Dosewallips State Park

Our photographing in Dosewallips State Park. The bridge is still there…

This is an amazing State park and campground just across the street from Hood’s Canal. Lots of fun & easy hiking trails.

Clap your hands

Sea Otter off Ediz Hook Port Angeles

This guy kept popping out of the water and clapping his paws together. I’ve seen River Otters here before, but this was my first Sea Otter.
