Views of Sequim, the Olympic Peninsula. . .and beyond
I’m very drawn to wildlife photos with the creatures just peaking out of the trees or especially grasses. It was shot on a very over caste morning before the sun came up. When I took the noise out of the photo it gave it this slightly painterly look which I liked.
These goslings were eating down around Three Crabs Rd here in Sequim–a big wetlands filled with birds.
Those eyes definitely say WILDlife.
It was a misty rainy day… so the atmosphere created a hazy backdrop. All I had to do was crop!
I loved this chicken coop seen off of Old Olympic Hwy. It had a lot of roosters. The neighbors have to LOVE them!
Thanks you all who have served AND their families who sacrifice so much when they are serving our great nation.
It’s my fervent hope, that some day SOON, mother’s will no longer have to worry about losing their sons and daughters in war…
I just couldn’t take my eyes of this grand ol ship towing a dingy and another cool looking old boat.
I LOVE barns. So living in the Northwest is really handy. Everywhere I turn I can find a barn. There is a lot of agriculture here. Driving down the road I saw the trees in the background emerging from the mist. I just had to stop.
Our Women On Wheels group does monthly out-of-area- rides. This ride we parked on the Bainbridge island side, then took our bikes aboard to Seattle.
Then we rode from the ferry, around to West Seattle, All over the place and came back just to have it rain at the ferry dock. A GREAT TIME was had by all!
