There were probably 50 dragon flies at this pond at Bloedel gardens. They are wicked hard to capture as they are fast and sort of translucent. I could only get one in focus no matter what my depth of field was set at.

More Pelican fun in Otter Rock, Or. With the tide out, the rocks leading up to these guys were SLIPPERY. I fell several times, but as always, kept that camera in the air!
