Good place for bird watching on 3 Crabs Road.

A couple days ago Erin commented asking about eagles in Sequim.  We see a lot of eagles here.  The only place I can remember seeing as many eagles as I do here was on the San Juan Islands when we vacationed there.

I love watching the birds at my feeders and I thought these two were pretty.

This bird is a little bigger than the one I posted yesterday.

We just got back from a weekend away at the most amazing place.  I’ll post more about it soon.   Hope everyone had a great weekend and Easter holiday.

I’ve seen this poor bird the last two times I went to feed the birds.  I felt bad because he wasn’t quite quick enough to get the food when I put it on the ground, but I figured out how to feed him…I balled up the bread and tossed it in the air at him as he flew and he caught it.  It didn’t seem to slow him down at all while flying, only while on the ground.
