Gone

A few months ago we bought paint here. It was Peninsula Paints. I was surprised and disappointed to discover it’s now gone. The people here were nice. The sign on the door, like so many, refers to the tough economy. There are still two Peninsula Paint stores, in Port Angeles and Port Townsend.

I was surprised also to see it gone. Gone also is a paint store in Port Angeles on the main road through town. Maybe it’s something that goes hand in hand with no new building? Gone soon also will be the Statuary Store near Sunny Farms..this was their 2nd attempt at business..we have bought 2 stone benches from them. But it is not a real repeat place..there are only so many Cement items you can buy???

Unfortunately another sign of the times. We have the same problem here, many empty storefronts
