Lake Solmar

We stopped to look at a house for sale in Solmar and walked down to the lake behind it. It’s a private lake for residents of the Solmar area. My husband took these shots.

This house looks very nice, the kind we would have looked at 6 years ago! IT is older but I am sure that your husband would know what to improve! How big is the lot…it didn’t say. Hey! It even comes with a tiny cat (Or dog) door! I like the kitchen..it didn’t look like it needed to updated, clean & white!

Christina, no we were just checking it out and wanted to see the lake. It’s a cute house on the lake in a nice setting, but if we were going to move we’d want something with more privacy than that house has.
Pat, I’m not sure how big the lot is, it didn’t look very big.

Louise, Solmar is a neighborhood about 5 miles west of Sequim.
