The Dungeness Barnhouse Bed and Breakfast isn’t on the Lavender Festival Tour, but it’s vivid purple caught my eye when making the rounds. On a non-cloudy day, the mountains would be out behind it.

Really pretty…..the job is in trimming this stuff later next month! I feel like my back is breaking bending and stooping! But then I have lots of nice lavender to dry out and use for stuff!

This is spectacular. We don’t really have much lavender around here. I want to go to Provence in the summer some time, to see the lavender when it is in bloom.
