I’m so happy you found a new nest. I loved the eaglet pictures last year, and I look forward to watching these little guys (or is it just one?) grow up this year. The size of the nest is just amazing, and the eaglets are so cute and interesting.
If you raise any more butterflies, would you please record their changes? I’d love to see them go from the earliest stage you get them all the way until you release them. I’ll bet kids would love to see that, too.
You have such a great eye. The topics you choose to record for us are all so interesting. I love it when you see something that catches your attention, and then you go find out more about it. For instance, I remember when you first took a picture of Sammy, the Belgian draft horse. You found his people later, learned his name, and what kind of a horse he is. Now, you’re thinking of recording the eaglets again. That’s awesome because it puts a story behind the photos. Thanks, Shannon!

You did a wonderful job on these photos. I especially like the first one with the two eagles “guarding” their nest. We don’t see too many eagles here, unfortunately.
