From reading recent reviews that the 3 Crabs restaurant is NOT what it use to be. We did drive out there for the view and to take a picture or two. Did not eat there.

Larry, if you go to some of the restaurant reviews (use a search) WOW, it sure isn’t the place it used to be. No, in 6 years I have never felt the urge to go there. But the 3 crabs drive is great and look at Helen’s (?) Pond!! Is this a private pond? Looks like it with the little fence.

I’ve only been to that restaurant one time and that was 5 years ago. The food was overpriced and mediocre as was the service. I don’t know how it is now. Sure is in a pretty location though.

Pat, I think it might be private but it’s right at the road so you can just pull over and walk along it. Lots of birds, cranes, ducks etc. around.
