The sign says “Built in 1920 by the Phillips Family. Renovated in 2008 by the Gilles Family. Available for Vacation Rental.”

Ummmm…renovated? Are they just talking about the sign or the barn? The sign looks great! The barn…it looks a bit drafty.

That would make it a new farm where I live. Looks like the renovation didn’t work out as they were hoping!
