Anyone up for a slice?

I viewed mushrooms I didn’t even know existed, saw a demonstration on how to cultivate edible mushrooms, and watched a mushroom expert smell, peel, and examine with a microscope mushrooms in order to identify them.

Even though nights are colder an the days are shorter, we are still treated to sights like this.  No frost…yet.
