It is that time of year when you see stands popping up all over. This one, in the J.C. Penny parking lot offers a wide variety. The gentleman in the thumbnail will offer advice and help you find what you want. Hopefully he will also let you know the rules for firecrackers in Sequim.
Lavender Lady: Thanks for reminding me about firecracker day. Here in NC, we are allowed to use them on July 4th only. Meanwhile, we are just north of SC, the mother of all firecracker states!
By the way, I attended a lavender fair in Alum Bridge WV on La Paix Farm this past weekend. A wonderful time was had by all. You would like the owner.

We have these stands only a few days before New Year’s Eve. Do many people spend money on firecrackers?
It seems like the biggest Holiday up here in Sequim. I’ve never in my life heard the firecrackers and seen sky displays like I have up here! Really something spectacular. The firecrackers are $$$ and I am astounded that folks have money to spare for as many as they buy.
