What this photo lacks in technical interest may be made up in what maybe, maybe, signals good news for many of us who struggle to get on to Highway 101 at certain hours of the day.  On 101 from Kitchen Dick Road West to Dryke, a survey crew has been working for the last couple of days.  Could it signal the long rumored  expansion of the bottleneck that starts at Kitchen Dick Road?  One can only hope, but with the state of Washington struggling with a 6 billion dollar deficit in their budget, it may never get off the ground.
