Jumping ahead in my walk, I digress down Fir Street where  you will find lots of third, fourth, and fifth graders being tested…for three weeks!  There is a great deal of diverse opinions on the WASL.  It probably doesn’t do much good to add mine to the conversation.  Fortunately, for the students,  today is the last day.
