Headed to the Fair

Technically, the Clallam County Fair Grounds are in Port Angeles, but since it is a County Fair, I hope I will be forgiven for posting something that is not right in Sequim. I was there on Sunday to drop off my photos and 2 quilts. This lady kindly allowed me to take a picture of her and the dollhouse she built. In the Home Arts Building, you will find quilts, crocheted items, cross stitch, clothing and more on one side…on the other side you will find hobbies of all sorts. You could spend a half a day just looking at all of the things folks have brought to share.

You captured a great moment, she is so proud! We picked up one of these at a rummage sale, but it needs some love. It will be a good project.

Wow, the details on the doll house is amazing!! She must have spent weeks, if not months putting that together.
