I am so proud to live in a community that takes the safety of the little ones seriously.

Not only do they have everything you need to make birds in your yard very happy, their garden is lovely. It is a great place to stop and have a cup of coffee.

This sign was on the chairs in the thumbnail. Interesting concept. More Wildbird tomorrow.

I’ve made a concerted effort to feed the birds this summer. As of late I have been treated to watching this family visit the bird feeder at least once a day. Poppa quail is always on alert.

Technically this photo is not in Sequim…it is East in Discovery Bay. As I have driven by I would have a glimpse of an old building with part of a pier overlooking the bay. I always thought…stop and take a picture! This week when I finally stopped, I was disapointed to find it had almost collapsed. Moral…don’t wait.
