I know why…break a leg, neck, arm, fingernail…their parents might sue. Besides…we have a wonderful skateboard park the city built for the young people here in Sequim.

Ah, a few days of the warm stuff and we are out in mass to soak up some rays. Darn those cell phones…an interruption while enjoying coffee in front of Hurricane Coffee Company. (where are the cups) We certainly are tied to them. I try not to leave the house without mine…I tell myself it is in case I have car trouble….it’s not like I get tons of phone calls.

It’s early in the morning…the security light is still on, but the bus drivers are already at work getting ready to transport precious cargo to Sequim schools. The one on the right has their lights on and is checking to make sure they all work. Directly behind the building where I work, you will periodicly “hear” and see the drivers testing the brakes. I’m really glad they take their jobs and the safety of their cargo so seriously.
Postscript: Only for those dear cyber friends who visit often…I am having problems with my computer. (It keeps crashing….very frustrating.) I can post from my work computer, but it is not possible to visit most sites (word press, yes, but not others). I bit the bullet last night and ordered a new computer. I’ll have to get a second job to pay for it. Should arrive by the middle of next week.

I stopped by Sunny Farms Farm store to pick up some filters for Oliver the cat’s circulating water bowl and and inquired if the garden shed I showed last week was for sale. They informed me “no”. It was indeed a genuine outhouse and they had moved it there from one of their properties to use in decorating….but this shed was for sale…it could be all mine for a mear $1659.00.

This hangs in the entry of the Performing Arts Center at Sequim High School. It reminds me of something I might see in Arizona or New Mexico. I need to do some research and see if I can find out more about the Art in the Schools program.

A friend called…you want to go listen to some live jazz…I don’t know why she ask, she knows I love music. It was a fund raiser for Olympic Theatre Arts. The Brookhaven College School of the Arts was on a road trip and we were the beneficiaries of a wonderful toe tapping evening. My only complaint…it didn’t last long enough.

On the third of March, my post posed a question about those red things hanging from the ears of the sheep. Another brother (I have 5) found the answer! Thank you Tim! This link might give you more information about sheep than you ever wanted to know. My sheep with the red tags were born in 2006. After that…I can’t tell you.
