A Puzzle

I confess this is not a recent photo, but rather than get in trouble with “the enforcer”, (aka my brother), I have choosen to give you a puzzle. The clues are: it’s old, it’s rusty, and it could be found in a home.

Thank you to all who guessed at my puzzle! It is actually a part of an antique metal headboard for a bed. See Thumbnail.

It looks like part of an iron bed head (or foot) to me. However…. my record at guessing these things is abysmal!!

I thought it was a door knocker how simple minded of me! I just had to come visit with a name like~lavender lady~ I thought I was the lavender lady! I post it grow it love it eat it drink it in tea whew! nice meeting you! I’m vacationing in Florida and serving up refreshments! Come by!
