The Trail at DWR – Repost

The trail at the refuge is snow covered at the moment. Yet, at any time the park is open you will find people and their dogs taking a hike. it’s the perfect place to go with views of large and small ships. On a good day you can see Port Angeles, and one of my favorite places to visit, Victoria. I’ve broken the rules today to show you two pictures; the first one on an overcast day and the second, almost in the same place but facing the other direction, bathed in sunshine.

snow scene is just nice to look at…but in reality when I was in Vancouver, I didn’t really enjoy snowy days especially if I had to drive…your photos are nice Norma!

I share with you a rejoicing in the marvelous Victoria. I am going to have to pull out my maps and see if I was in Sequim. I know I was in Port Angeles, catching the ferry for Victoria. I remember thinking that part of Washington State was about as close to paradise as a mountain and sea lover might imagine. These photos today are wonderful.

brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr am cold now. so going to bed!
Please appologise to all the people who post pics, I always try to vist every one…………….but now, at 5 minutes past midnight, I feelsoooooooooooooooooooo cold and need to go to bed and warm my feet on hubby’s back………….who is snoring away!
