New housing awaits the tree swallows now that they’re back from winter migration. The last houses, though cute, had gotten so shabby we were at risk of being shamed as avian slumlords.

Just asking. Are the houses fully furnished? ~(‾▿‾)~
They’ll appreciate it.
Happy new housing! I haven’t seen the swallows yet …
LOL. new and improved. The birds will love it.
These look very fresh and clean. I hope your feathered friends appreciate the effort.
They will be happy!
Love the birdhouses – I’m sure the birds appreciate them too. I’ve finally gotten to the point that I can get back to reading blogs – I’ve missed yours so much. I guess there will be no tulip and daffodil viewing this year – they have canceled the Tulip Festival – which usually runs the entire month of April – and aren’t going to allow viewing of the fields – which is sad – but the workers in the fields need to be protected too. I know you are finding plenty to do while staying indoors. Your cards have cheered me all winter.
Bird houses are not as popular here in Australia. I am not sure whether it is because our birds are different or our culture different.
