Yarn is one of those delicious, tactile, colorful things that’s a delight to look at, even if you’ve never picked up a knitting needle.
I’ve taken up knitting a couple of times just because, well…yarn.
I’m obsessive enough that it should appeal to me but I’ve not been able to stay with it. Too bad. I wish I could knit every time I wander past a nice display of yarn.
Sounds like my histories of hobbies. I have tried many but photography is the one I am staying with.
I used to crochet a lot but found that knitting took so much time!

It’s not something I can do but, I have to admit that looking at the yarn is very soothing. All those colors and patterns have infinite appeal.

We have a wonderful wool shop in the town near us. I love to look but the prices send me scurrying away. I can only afford one ball at those prices, enough to make a scarf and I have enough of them at the moment.
