I would say boots with good soles.
Our freezer is stocked, plenty of tea, coffee and books. My wife said she has all her yarn so she is ready too. 🙂
Lots of food on hand and a furnace working – then I relax a bit!
Our winters are not harsh enough for us feel insecure going into winter – but I am always happy to have a good pile of firewood stacked up.
