For City Daily Photo Theme Day this month we turn our cameras on our fellow photographers for a glance at the other side of the lens. A recent trip to Butchart Gardens in British Columbia was an opportunity to observe a number of styles, starting with a variation on the classic yoga “chair pose.”
Then there’s the casual one handed approach.
Who says the photographer can’t be part of the shot?

Great shots for the theme Kay. I like the various styles of these photographers. Never tried the casual pose when taking a photo, it probably would come out blurry if I did. 🙂

What a fun theme!! Wonderful photos.
I like the variety of poses you show. The one of the photographer using only one hand reminded me of some recent photos I took (and posted on my blog, but I am not going to confess which ones). I was holding my granddaughter, then probably only five months old, and had my camera hanging around my neck. Something caught my attention, so I held Hazel with my left hand and managed to take a decent photograph with my big DSLR in my right.
