I took this shot about 10 or 11 days ago on a trip to the vet’s office. I went back again early this week, about a week after this shot was taken. These little tulip blossoms were all gone.

They are beautiful, it’s too bad they have a short life span.

That’s the trouble with so many good things…they don’t last! But these are certainly beautiful during their time. Thanks for your comment on Ocala; you seem to know a hull of a lot about boats! :))

Here they are yet to come.
I don’t think our cool spring is helping them, it was only 2°C overnight Thur/Fri.
Doesn’t take long for some blossoms to disappear. Wild Wendy and I found a similar patch yesterday at a neighbour’s lawn. We’ll go back today to check it out.
My….what a short lifespan! Very pretty. Makes you appreciate them that much more when you see them. Hope the trip to the vet clinic was just a regular checkup…
