Little calves can be very curious if a person walks up to a fence and looks at them.
I find their faces very sweet and expressive. Look at the eyelashes on this one.
Mom was nearby so even the shier guy on the right came out to see what was going on.
These guys and gals are so cute.
As a kid, I worked part-time on several farms and always loved the calves…or, “mini-moos.” (Cute name!). They were always soft and cuddly – well, in a big way. My grandmother had a big red bull who would chase me out of the corral – he was not soft and cuddly!
I find curiosity to be quite a common trait in cows!
Saw a few here also, I just have to remember to keep back from that electric fence.
