You may not see all of them in this shot but there were five deer dining on the landscape when I came upon them. They seem to go out to dinner together in groups this time of year. Nobody likes to be alone for the holidays.

Yup… I see five. Us city folks always get excited when we see deer.
I can see all five. What a party! And how cute they are. However, the people who own whatever it is they’re eating are probably less than thrilled by now. 🙂

Urban deer, the ones up here are so used to people they barely make way for you on the sidewalk.

Deer populations seem to be exploding, don’t they? They aren’t around me, so I can be charitable and say that they are pretty. People who have them nibbling everything in their yard seem to have a different opinion.
