There isn’t a big opera scene in Sequim.

Never been to an opera, I would need to go to Galway or Dublin to see one. At least you have a opera house door which is more than what we have. 🙂
Hmmm…can’t imagine Sequim even having an opera house. So far as I know we don’t have one here, but then most of the people around here are old white farts who have more money than they know what to do with but for some reason think Amurica is goin’ to the dogs so they voted to have da Trumpf make it great agin. In other words, they ain’t opera people.
Well, we also have a fair share of rednecks who drive around with Confederate flags; they ain’t opera fans either.

There are occasional performances here, but mostly the symphonic orchestra. The leading opera company in the nation is based out of Toronto.
