It seems as if all the splendid fall colors that I’ve seen have been out the car window, at a distance, when I’ve had somewhere to be. But there these were. So you get a view of them up close and personal.
These may not be totally kissed with color but they presented themselves and politely asked.
And when they’re done, down they come.
I have seen a lot of that this Autumn. Despite not having a car!

Very nice, Kay. We have some water oak trees here that lose their leaves (most of them) twice a year. That’s very frustrating if they are near a swimming pool as you are always cleaning them out of the pool!
I don’t know why, but I feel like this autumn is exceptionally beautiful! Love all these colors.
