The James Center for the Performing Arts is located in Carrie Blake Park. This is the venue for “Music in the Park” every Tuesday evening during summer, 6 to 8 p.m. Concert goers bring blankets or chairs and a picnic to enjoy live music.

This is very nice and every community should have one. Silver Springs Park here offers music every weekend during the winter with lots of big name stars. The only problem is that the music is so loud you can probably hear it in Sequim! The last time I had to leave because my ears were hurting. Hopefully, you have more sensible musicians in you town!
I like the design of the performance space.
Pretty nice. It is a lot fancier than the stage at Elizabeth Park. (There was a concert there again tonight but it is sweltering, so I skipped . . . )
Another part of summer that I savour, music in the parks! Such a grand community service and events.
