“Avenue of the People” is a series of metal sculptures created by Bob Stokes and installed on Laurel Street in Port Angeles.
There are over a dozen sculptures along the two block length of the street, including this pregnant woman.
The downtown area of Port Angeles is peppered with pieces of public art like this. It enlivens the area.
Wonderful sculptures, and so glad to see the inclusion of the pregnant woman.

I missed this one! Love these sculptures…and Mr. Stokes is very talented…those abstract kind of sculptures really do bring out the different human forms.
I’m not crazy about the sculptures themselves, but I LOVE it when communities host a lot of public art like this. I showed some rusty humanoid sculptures in Fort Myers earlier this week.
