This adds a bit to a boring fence, I think.
I love it when the kids are involved. Several of the buses in Bellingham are decorated with children’s art.
Now that I like a lot. Great colors there to brighten up even the gloomiest day, and the kids get the joy of seeing their own work displayed. Terrific idea!
