I like to see animals when I’m out and about. I much prefer a scene like this to side-by-side or tall buildings. Or a mall…even if I need a pair of shoes.

Home on the range…
Animals of any kind make me glad that I am alive and able to enjoy some space and pleasant time with them. It’s part of the splendor of existence.
I know what you mean. In ten years, Ocala has gone from a relatively small town, to a bustling soon-to-be metropolis! Traffic like you wouldn’t believe! It’s a shame.
The nice thing about your situation as expressed in this blog is that if you need shoes, you’re in luck. You need not go to the mall. Just borrow a pair of horseshoes! Heh, heh!

I like rural scenes, too, though I don’t have problems with the built environment. Most mall photos are uninteresting, but occasionally I run across something worth photographing.
I do love the city for its diversity, but I also need to get out into places like this to feel some calm.
