Dungeness Recreation Area is a great place to walk and now that hunting has been discontinued there it’s even more welcoming. This new bench was installed recently and trails have been better groomed.

It’s surprising what they can do with some tender loving care.

now, i want to ask you. i just read an article regarding santa!! (http://www.slate.com/articles/life/holidays/2013/12/santa_claus_an_old_white_man_not_anymore_meet_santa_the_penguin_a_new_christmas.html). it apparently even was on fox news (but well, fox news….). anyways, is it a discussion in the usa at the moment? im just curious!
(the discussion about the dutch black pete was totally crazy this year (there is some sort of discussion nearly every year, but this year it got a bit out of hand… )
