But Shannon, look at the SIZE! How many people live here? Why on earth do they need this huge size? It all gets dirty…look at the rooms to vaccum, even buying rolls of toilet paper for all the bathrooms! We came from a 900 sq ft house we’d lived in for 27 years (and were happy) to a 1400 sq ft here in Sequim..we feel like we are in a luxurious palace!
Very classy look, nice curb-appeal, I estimate the square footage around 2,400, any more estimates? what would the property tax-bill run on a nice place like that?
