Fishing for Dad

Father’s Day is coming up and my Dad is difficult for me to buy for so I went to the Fisherman’s Outlet to check it out.  I had seen the place before but had never stopped by until now.  There was a nice man working there and he helped me, answered my questions and hooked me up with appropriate lures and even a treat for my dogs who were waiting in the truck.   Hopefully Dad will like the lures, if not I’ll have to remind him of his old words “it’s the thought that counts”

  1. Absolutely…the thought is always what counts. One fisherman once told me you measure the worth of a fisherman by the size of his tackle box. I always thought it was by the size of the fish they catch.
