Setbacks

Our subdivision was laid out in the late 60’s.  This necessitates occasionally having a surveyor come in and lay out exactly where the property lines are located.  This company was in the neighborhood this week.  One of our neighbors is building a new garage.  He needs to know exactly where the setbacks will be.
