After the storm there is always clean up and repair. Road repairs were taking place on the curve just before Carlsborg Road as you head west on Old Olympic. I’m really glad this repair is taking place. The first day the snow and ice had all melted, I hit this pot hole on my way to work in the dark. I thought I might have run over something. This photo was shot through a less than clean windshield. I keep meaning to stop at the car wash and then it is raining again when I think of it.
Potholes can really do a number on the car. Calif. roads are getting worse all the time. State budget is down the tubes so we will probably continue to fall into the holes.
