It’s a French dish. To my ears, it sounds like “ricklet. Our hostess grilled vegetables and a spicy sausage. We ate it with boiled potatoes, crusty bread, and these tiny little pickles. It was all topped with a melted cheese. Outstanding!Postscript: My hostess sent an email. It’s spelled raclette and it is actually a Swiss dish. They just happened to be in France when were introduced to the dish. Must be my old ears. �

The Irish in me says, that looks wonderful! Just like a Corned Beef dinner with the Boiled Potatoes. The pickles add a different touch! Looks like fun!
