Volunteers Make It Happen

smile.JPG
This smiling lady was a volunteer at Angel Farm. They had a French Theme with food from Cest si Bon. As you can tell by her shirt, she belongs to Soroptomist International. It takes a lot of volunteers to make the festival happen. I have posted other Lavender pictures on an additonal page (under the picture on the right). By Wednesday I promise to move on to something else.

  3. Hi Norma,I have been enjoying your recent photos.
Makes me wish I could have been there for the festival.
I am glad that you have been having such a good time!

  4. One can never talk too much or have too many photos of LAVENDER!!! We sure live in a beautiful area. We immensely enjoyed all the farms, we even went back on Sunday to bring our neighbor. So we visited some farms twice. Our only regret, they had run out of the Cheesecake at Angel farm by Sunday morning. Oh well, there’s always next year!

  5. This is the only farm that I missed this year. I love their barn full of hanging lavender. It’s hard to get a good photo of that, I’ll have to make a point of it next year.

Thanks for letting me know about Forks Daily Photo, it’s wonderful to have more of us on the Peninsula.

  6. Great photos–they all tell lovely stories…my favorite was the traffic cop, don’t see them doing the human traffic signal thing anymore, but am glad power’s returned!
