I wish I was a poet. I wish I could express how I feel. My brother Denton, who many of you in the DP community know, my sisters, my brothers, and I have lost our dad. He was 86.

  3. Norma, I just saw Denton’s post and realized that there must be a special significance to his. Now I know. My sincerest condolences to you, Denton,and the rest of your family. My heart hurts for you, and I know that despite the sorrow you’ll focus on the positive memories.

  4. It’s been a melancholy week. M. Benaut from Australia lost someone dear, and now you and your family have experienced great loss. Your friends in Minneapolis extend our heartfelt thoughts and prayers.
    In his sermon last week our minister said something that I may never forget: Death is a comma, not a period.
    May you find peace in those words.

    He looks like a wise old fella,with a loving wife.

  10. i liked your father from the time he said I know tham well he didnt go home and when we had are little swim fishing trips he was a great father to many people because that is who always thought of them first
    i was glad to have known him
